• Kindly note , there will be only one time EXCHANGE. We charge a nominal fee of Rs 100/Article to initiate the exchange process.
• "If the size you choose, has a different price, you will be required to pay the price difference.
• Once we receive your request, our customer support executive will get in touch with you within 3 working days for further process.
• Nirmal Online will get the product picked up from the address mentioned once we receive the request.
• Please note that shipping company will make 3 attempts for product pick-up.
• If the customer is unable to handover the product, he/she will have to ship the product at his/her own expense.
• Nirmal Online will not be responsible for the tracking of any courier which will be sent from customer side , team will revert once the pkt will be delivered in office.
