Exchange/Returns Made Easy
- 100% Satisfaction: If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the order (Refund will be excluding 149/- COD charges) .
- Customized Orders: Customisation is available at an additional charge of ₹200 per article. Customers must provide complete customisation details while placing the order. Please note that all customised items are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and not eligible for refund.

- Purchase from Sale Products: Please note that sale products are not eligible for return. ( FOR EXAMPLE GOODS PURCHESED IN SALE LIKE FRIDAY SALE )
- Non-Refundable COD Charges: 149/- COD charges are non-refundable.
- Nirmal Online reserves the right to cancel any order under appropriate circumstances. In such cases, The customer will be duly informed.
- Please note that purchases made using the ,NORETURN & NOREFUND coupon code are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
Exchange Policy:

Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering.
Our products is involving various processes. There is bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate. - Unused and Pristine: We’re happy to offer a 24 Hours exchange ( you have 24 hr time for return or exchange from delivery ) for products that are unused and in the same condition as when you received them, complete with their original packaging tags and Seal Tag.
- Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, notify us within 24 hours of placing it at customercare.nirmalonline@gmail.com. COD amount of 149/- non refundable in any case- cancellation /return .
- Defective or Damaged Items: Our Goods are checked and packed by QC team under video recording before dispatching , we also request you , pls. make video of courier packet during unpacking and Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately.

Guidelines for Valid Returns and Exchanges:
- Ensure all product tags and seal tag remain intact and keep items in their original packaging.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Upon receiving your returned shipment, we’ll conduct a quality check and update you on the refund or exchange process.
Exchange Details:
- Size Exchanges Only: We allow exchanges for similar or different sizes.
- Alternative Product Exchange: If you want an alternative product, this is not allowing , exchange of size article in same article.
Refund Policy:
- Once you request a return exchange, it takes approximately 4 business days for our team to pick up the product from your location.
- After successful product inspection (usually within 7 days), we initiate the refund process.
International Orders

Cancellation / Return / Exchange: Unfortunately, for international orders, there is no cancellation, return, or exchange available.

Import Charges: Please note that international orders may incur additional import charges by the foreign country’s government or relevant department. However, textiles usually do not attract import charges.
