Returns Made Easy
- 100% Satisfaction: If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the order for a full store credit (excluding shipping charges & COD charges) .
- Return charges : Return courier charges i.e. Rupees. 99/- per item.

- Clearance Sale Products: Please note that clearance sale products are not eligible for return.
- Non-Refundable Shipping & COD Charges: Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy:

Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering.
Our products is involving various processes. There is bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on wesite as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate. - Unused and Pristine: We’re happy to offer a 24 Hours exchange for products that are unused and in the same condition as when you received them, complete with their original packaging.
- Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, notify us within 24 hours of placing it at customercare.nirmalonline@gmail.com.
- Defective or Damaged Items: Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately.
Guidelines for Valid Returns and Exchanges:
- Ensure all product tags remain intact and keep items in their original packaging.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Upon receiving your returned shipment, we’ll conduct a quality check and update you on the refund or exchange process.
Exchange Details:
- Size Exchanges Only: We allow exchanges for similar or different sizes.
- Alternative Product Exchange: If you want an alternative product, return the item to obtain store credit. You can then purchase the new item separately.
Refund Policy:
- Once you request a return, it takes approximately 4 business days for our team to pick up the product from your location.
- After successful product inspection (usually within 7 days), we initiate the refund process.
- Store Credits Only: We provide store credits for return orders of the same value. Use these credits for your next purchase. We do not refund cash, cheques, or other payment modes.
International Orders

Cancellation / Return / Exchange: Unfortunately, for international orders, there is no cancellation, return, or exchange available.

Import Charges: Please note that international orders may incur additional import charges by the foreign country’s government or relevant department. However, textiles usually do not attract import charges.

No Return and Exchange: Orders shipped outside India are not eligible for return or exchange.
