1. Marketing Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute retail marketing strategies to increase footfall and sales

  • Plan and manage promotional campaigns across retail locations
  • Build and execute cross-brand collaborations
  • Handle influencer marketing and partnerships
  • Execute end-to-end campaigns from ideation to performance analysis
  • Ensure seamless integration between online & offline marketing
  • Analyze customer behavior and market trends
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners
  • Track ROI and campaign performance
  • Plan and manage in-store events and promotions

2. Creative Manager (Graphic / Communication Design)

Location: Delhi

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Graphic Design / Communication Design / Visual Design
  • Strong interest in D2C brand communication
  • No minimum aggregate criteria

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDraw, Procreate or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of colour, balance, and layout

Soft Skills:

  • High attention to detail
  • Team collaboration skill
  • Ability to deliver designs as per creative briefs
  • Passion for experimenting with layouts and visuals
  • Strong time and data management skills

3. Creative Head

Location: Delhi

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage designers, copywriters, photographers & videographers
  • Drive creative strategy aligned with brand and business goals
  • Plan resources and timelines across projects
  • Conduct brainstorming and ideation sessions
  • Review and approve creative outputs
  • Translate complex ideas into impactful visuals and campaigns
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitors

Requirements:

  • 5–6 years of experience (3+ years as Creative Head)
  • Expertise in Adobe Suite, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Premiere Pro
  • Experience in integrated campaigns across digital, social, print & offline
  • Strong leadership and creative vision

4. Fashion Designer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new collections
  • Create designs from scratch
  • Coordinate with vendors and production team
  • Fabric and colour selection
  • Sample coordination and quality checks
  • End-to-end handling of new launches

5. Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Delhi

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute performance marketing strategies
  • Manage digital campaigns across Google & Meta
  • Optimize CAC and ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing and CRO
  • Analyze funnel performance and improve conversions
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, SEO & analytics tools
  • Experience managing monthly ad budgets of ₹3–5 Crore

6. Logistics Executive

Location: Delhi

Responsibilities:

  • Order picking & packing
  • Dispatch verification
  • Stock receiving and placement
  • Daily productivity records
  • Weekly and monthly stock audits

8. Tailor & Master 

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Skills Required:

  • Measurement & cutting
  • Sewing and alterations
  • Saree fall & beading
  • Pre-draping
  • Blouse making
  • Men’s shirt stitching

9. Model 

Location: Delhi

Required:
